Acceptance

By using Spaninsight ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Spaninsight is a data analysis tool that uses AI to help you explore datasets, create surveys, and generate reports. The App processes data locally on your device and uses cloud AI services for natural language understanding.

Free Tier & Credits

• Users receive 50 free AI credits daily, which reset at midnight UTC
• Credits are consumed by AI-powered features (suggestions, code generation, autopilot reports)
• Additional credits may be earned through referrals

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you import
• You must not use the App to process data you do not have rights to analyze
• AI-generated insights are suggestions — you are responsible for verifying accuracy before making decisions

Intellectual Property

Charts, code, and reports generated through the App belong to you. The Spaninsight name, logo, and software are property of Kiri Research Labs.

Disclaimer

Spaninsight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we use advanced AI to suggest insights, we do not guarantee the accuracy of automated analysis. Kiri Research Labs is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs or for data loss resulting from local sandbox execution errors.

Survey Data

When you create a survey, respondent data is stored in our cloud database. You are the data controller for any personal information collected through your surveys. You must comply with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and NDPR) when collecting data from respondents.

Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
